REMEMBER IT FROM:

Tiffany visits her college buddy Erica and her creepy husband at their new house - which just happens to be the house she's having recurring nightmares about. The house actually is haunted, but Tiff figures out that the ghost is trying to warn them, not scare them. With this dead broad's help, the Angels are able to stop a murder in the nick of time.

LOCATION NOTES:

If you aren't surprised that the mansion looks exactly the same then and now, get this: it completely burned to the ground in 1981! Architects used photographs and the knowledge of people familiar with the property to duplicate both exterior and interior down to the closest details (adding a few modern cheats like plumbing and heating, as the mansion was originally built in the 1880's).

Kris' line about an orange grove on the property was true; the house does indeed have its own 3-acre citrus grove. One wonders why they bothered working this detail into the dialogue without actually showing us the orange grove, but it at least suggests the script was written with the real filming location in mind.

If you've got $3.5 million bucks laying around, it's currently for sale.
