BACKSTORY
According to HER, Julie came from a broken home in New York City. She was arrested early on for stealing a dress she needed for a job interview (yeah, right) and through that experience, first came in contact with a New York police officer named Harry Stearns who showed a completely healthy and non-sexual interest in the red headed bombshell. Somewhere during all this, she managed to graduate from “A Top School for Models”. Julie started working undercover with Harry until his untimely death which led her to meet the Angels, whereupon Charlie somehow randomly decided to hire her as Tiffany’s replacement.
PERSONALITY
Julie started off cool as a cucumber, street smart and slick – much like Season 1 Kelly. As time went on she seemed to lose some of her edge, frequently asking stupid questions and stating the obvious. Occasionally she would revert to the Deadly Capable Angel she started off as (Attack Angels) but Julie seemed to operate with the most competency when hypnotized or under duress.
 STANDARD ANGEL TRAITS
ASS KICKING: 8.5
When she was on, Julie kicked major ass, including that of her co-workers and clients. When she was off she got pushed into poolside lawn chairs.
HAIR: 8
Not bad. Julie was the sexiest redhead on the show by far.
FASHION SENSE 6.5
Knockout body, sexy girl. It wasn’t her fault – blame it on early 1980′s fashion choices forced on a show that was still stuck in the 1970′s.
SWEET RIDE: 3
She was driving an orange, hand-me-down ’76 Pinto in 1981. Enough said.
INTELLIGENCE: 4
Not so much. In fact, Miss Rogers even alludes to this herself in Attack Angels with a quote directed towards her new employer: “Charlie, if I had to pass tests, I don’t think I’d be working for you.” Makes you wonder how she landed the job …
DEADLY AIM: 5
Despite debuting with a handy-dandy little silver pistol (Angel In Hiding), Julie only shot at bad guys maybe twice and hit her target once.
TASTE IN MEN: 3
The only man she ever looked twice at was Harry her former pim…er, mentor. He was like 20 years older than her so yuck.
